In the event where your booking was cancelled by the operator, your refund will be processed automatically. This can take up to 5 working days to show in your account. You can check this by logging into to your account on Click Here If you do not have an account, you will need to create one with the same email address that you have used to book. Once this is done and verified, you will be able to find your booking and check it's status.


If in the rare event that your driver failed to show up for your journey, please create a ticket in our customer support portal so we can investigate this further. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to fully investigate the matter. You will receive a refund as soon as we confirm that the driver indeed failed to show up for your journey.
