Upon confirmation of your booking, you will have been sent an email which includes the contact details of your designated transport operator. To amend or cancel your booking you must call 0333 772 9737.
Bear in mind, changes made to a booking due to take place on the weekend or during peak times may potentially incur an additional charge from the designated transport operator, subject to vehicle availability. Please try to give plenty of notice of any changes.
The following changes occur a £10 admin charge. This charge covers us liaising with the transport provider over any price changes and updating the details by phone and email.
- Pickup Date or Time (May also incur a different journey price increase)
- Return Date or Time (May also incur a different journey price increase)
- Booking Note
- Flight number
- Luggage Details
The following changes incur a £5 admin charge. This charge covers us updating the details to the transport provider by email.
- Booking Name
- Passenger Name
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email Address
If you are updating multiple pieces of information you are only charged once.
If you wish to change the pickup or destination you will need to cancel your booking and place a new booking. This allows for an accurate quote to be given and for you to pay the most competitive rate. You shall be refunded for your previous booking in full, less the re-booking admin charge.
